Hemp foods are approved, and even suitable for breast-feeding mommies or pregnant women.

A single 30 g dose contains more than a half of the recommended daily intake (RDI) of iron, phosphorus, magnesium, copper and manganese, as well as a quarter of the zinc RDI.

One dose will also provide a quarter of B1, B6 and B9 vitamin RDI. The hemp protein is therefore suitable for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Moreover, it is gluten-free and is generally hypoallergenic, having a high fibre content.
