The doctors characterised my pregnancy as high-risk already in the first months.

Although it was not anything serious, I felt the need to do for my body during pregnancy as much as possible.

The diet stood on the first place and since I only seldom eat meat, I reached for a regular consumption of a high-quality hemp protein. It meant a supply of complex proteins for my body in a healthy form. I like smoothies with fruit and rice, soy or almond milk the best. Pregnant women often have problems with digestion and bowel movements, so the high fibre content of the protein help me with this, too.
